Men’s Sacred Gathering
Men's 2-Day Retreat: Embracing Divine Masculine Through the Medicine Wheel and Indigenous Wisdom
This retreat is designed to help men explore and embrace the divine masculine within themselves while learning about Indigenous wisdom and the medicine wheel. The retreat will take place over two days and will include a variety of activities, including group discussions, guided meditations, teachings on the medicine wheel and Indigenous wisdom, and creative expression through art, music, or writing.
On the first day, participants will explore the concept of divine masculinity and learn about traditional masculinity versus divine masculinity. They will also connect with their inner masculine energy through a guided meditation. In the afternoon, they will learn about the medicine wheel and the four directions in Indigenous wisdom and align themselves with the sacred directions through a ritual. The day will end with a sharing circle and fire ceremony.
The second day will focus on embracing Indigenous wisdom, including teachings on respect for Mother Earth and healing the ancestral lineage. Participants will also connect with ancestral spirits through sacred drumming and chanting and will have the opportunity to meet the ancestral masculine archetype through a guided journey. The day will end with an integration workshop and closing ceremony.
In addition to the scheduled activities, there will be optional yoga and breathwork sessions, nature walks, and mindful outdoor activities. The retreat will take place at a designated venue with accommodations and meals provided. Participants will be required to bring certain items, and dietary considerations will be taken into account.
The retreat will be facilitated by a retreat facilitator, an Indigenous wisdom keeper, and additional workshop facilitators for yoga, breathwork, and other activities. Support staff, including a retreat coordinator and kitchen staff, will also be present.
